Elder Conrad's in the MTC now!

Well ive been here for eight days and i finally got set up for an email account!
When i left the Pasco airport on wednsday i was very scared and sad because i was leaving and had no idea what i was getting myself into. When i got on the plane, still crying i said a little prayer. I told the lord that i was thankful for my family and friends. Also thet i would be comforted and have peace during my flight, i hate flyinf in airplanes! But i knew that everything was going to be ok and that my flight would be ok. There was no worrie or anxiety after that.
i got to the airport and met with some other elders and one sister who where from all over the states. We all hoped on a bus that brought us to the MTC. everything from there on is kinda a mixed and mingled memory. I remember that my first exspirence here was being called to say the closong prayer during our orientation meeting. My heart pounded so hard and my body temperature raised several degrees. I didnt pay any attention to the meeting, just what i was going to say in the prayer. I prayed several times through out the meeting. then it was over, i walked up to my fate and stood there looking over all the new missionaries and there families. I started and to my amazement i didnt stumble once! Words just came out of my mouth and then it was over! as i walked by the first row to leave through the missionary exit i got hand shakes from several crying parents. My testimony of prayer and having them answered by the Spirit doubled!

I've only got thirty minutes and im a pretty slow typer so ive got to be fast. Ive anyone wants to know more you can just write me, you can get better detail and more stories that way. Mom could you email my address to everyone that you can? and id also like to see if i could get Daniels address so i could write him. Thanks
oh and i got the mail today with my bank card in it today. i wrote everyone letters and sent them out today. tell them that i love them and miss them. i love you mom and dad and all that you have done for me.

love
Elder David Kelly Conrad
